Why we started
We didn't set out to build a chatbot company. We set out to solve a specific, boring, expensive problem: businesses spend enormous energy creating documentation that almost nobody reads at the right moment.
The knowledge is there. The timing is wrong. Currai fixes the timing.
What we actually believe
Good support isn't about having more people online. It's about having the right answer available the moment someone needs it — at 2 AM, in the middle of a free trial, right before a purchase decision.
We believe small teams should be able to te with companies ten times their size. An AI trained on your content, speaking in your voice, available around the clock, is how that happens.
