You may use Currai to:

  • Identify professionals across industries based on real-world behavior and public data
  • Source potential customers, collaborators, or candidates across multiple platforms
  • Build targeted outreach campaigns using context-rich and multilingual data
  • Analyze professional trends or niches based on platform-sourced intelligence

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Currai in ways that violate individual rights, applicable law, or our service integrity.

Harassment and Abuse

  • Targeting individuals with harassment, intimidation, or abusive messaging
  • Creating lead lists with the intent to personally attack or discriminate
  • Using the platform to stalk, dox, or manipulate others

Illegal Activity

  • Using the service to promote fraud, impersonation, identity theft, or scams
  • Circumventing laws related to data privacy, consent, or outreach communications
  • Supporting or enabling money laundering, trafficking, or unlawful surveillance

Spam and Unsolicited Messaging

  • Sending mass emails or messages without consent ("spam")
  • Using Currai for robocalls, SMS spam, or automated messages to personal contacts
  • Building contact lists solely for unverified cold outreach at scale

Privacy Violations

  • Attempting to extract private or restricted information
  • Re-identifying individuals from aggregated or anonymized data
  • Combining Currai data with invasive third-party datasets
  • Selling, renting, or redistributing contact lists to third parties

Platform Misuse

  • Reverse engineering Currai’s AI models or dataset structure
  • Using scripts or bots to exceed usage limits or bypass safeguards
  • Creating fake accounts to exploit pricing or rate limitations
  • Attempting to interfere with or compromise Currai’s system integrity

Misuse for Competitive Intelligence

  • Using Currai to impersonate leads or competitors
  • Gathering leads for malicious targeting or unethical surveillance of competitors
  • Mining industry data solely for internal espionage or disruption

Data Usage Guidelines

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

  • Comply with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant laws
  • Obtain consent where legally required before contacting leads
  • Provide opt-out mechanisms in any outreach
  • Respect data subject rights, including deletion and correction requests

Source Platform Respect

  • Do not violate the terms of service of LinkedIn, Twitter, or other platforms Currai analyzes
  • Avoid actions that cause harm to third-party platforms or communities
  • Use data responsibly and do not extract excessive amounts of platform-specific data

Communication & Conduct

  • Communicate professionally, clearly, and truthfully
  • Avoid manipulative language, misinformation, or deceptive practices
  • Respect "Do Not Contact" and unsubscribe requests immediately

Content & Outreach Standards

If you use Currai to generate outreach messages or contact potential leads:

  • Be respectful of the recipient’s time, role, and consent
  • Use clear identification in every message (your name, company, purpose)
  • Avoid misleading or aggressive tactics in sales, recruiting, or partnerships
  • Secure your contact data to prevent unauthorized use or sharing

Enforcement and Violations

Monitoring and Detection

Currai reserves the right to monitor platform usage for signs of abuse, fraud, or misuse while maintaining user privacy where appropriate.

Enforcement Actions

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • A warning and opportunity to correct behavior
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
  • Revocation of access without refund
  • Legal action if applicable

Industry-Specific Guidance

Sales and Outreach

  • Follow laws such as CAN-SPAM and local outreach regulations
  • Only contact leads for relevant, professional purposes
  • Include clear opt-out and contact information in all outreach

Recruiting and Hiring

  • Avoid discriminatory language or targeting
  • Respect candidate preferences and consent
  • Be transparent about opportunities and follow fair hiring practices

Research and Marketing

  • Use insights ethically and avoid overstepping privacy expectations
  • Represent findings truthfully when using Currai for competitive or trend analysis
  • Do not extract data for resale or third-party remarketing

Why Request Data Deletion?

You may request the deletion of your data stored by Currai for the following reasons:

  • You no longer use our services and would like your information removed
  • You wish to exercise your rights under data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • You believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully
