Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Currai ("Currai", "we", "us", or "our") — observability for LLM applications. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using Currai on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Currai ingests, stores, indexes, and visualizes telemetry from your LLM applications — prompts, tokens, tool calls, and related metadata — so you can debug, measure, and improve your applications. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use Currai.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Currai to violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Send data you are not authorized to share with a third-party processor.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service except as permitted by law.
• Use the service to build a directly competing product.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

Your data

You retain all rights to the telemetry and content you send to Currai ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Data solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for the legality of Your Data and for obtaining any consents required to send it. We handle Your Data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans, billing, and usage

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider (Paddle). Usage is measured in processed bytes, and plan limits and data retention apply as described on our pricing page and in your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Beta features

We may offer features labeled beta, preview, or experimental. These are provided "as is", may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and are excluded from any service commitments.

Intellectual property

Currai and all related software, branding, and content (excluding Your Data) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our marks or materials except the right to use the service as permitted here.

Third-party services

Currai integrates with third-party providers (including Clerk, Convex, Google, and Paddle). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Currai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Currai from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from Your Data, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using Currai and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination, your right to use the service ends and Your Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Currai after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
