Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Currai, including the dashboard, APIs, SDKs, hosted services, documentation, and related websites.
Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Currai ("Currai", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the service, installing an SDK, sending telemetry, or using Currai on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Currai for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Currai.
Description of the service
Currai provides observability and prompt operations for LLM applications. The service may ingest, process, store, index, analyze, and display traces, spans, generations, prompts, completions, tool calls, metadata, scores, eval results, usage records, and related information you send to Currai.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features over time. Some features may be released as beta, preview, experimental, or otherwise limited functionality.
Account and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials, workspace access, API keys, and integration secrets secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspaces.
You must promptly notify us if you believe your account, workspace, or API keys have been compromised. You must be at least 16 years old to use Currai.
Your responsibilities when using AI telemetry
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, configuration, and content of the data you send to Currai. This includes prompts, completions, tool payloads, metadata, user identifiers, session identifiers, files, and any other telemetry or content submitted through the service.
You must not send information to Currai unless you have the rights, permissions, consents, notices, and legal basis required to process that information with a service provider. You are responsible for configuring redaction, sampling, retention, and access controls appropriate for your application.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law, regulation, contractual obligation, or third-party right.
- Send data you are not authorized to share with a third-party processor.
- Upload secrets, credentials, payment card numbers, or regulated data unless you are authorized to do so and have appropriate safeguards in place.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Currai or another user's data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of Currai.
- Probe, scan, or test Currai systems except through authorized security reporting channels.
- Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
- Use Currai to build or benchmark a directly competing service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe this section has been violated or if continued access creates risk for Currai, our users, or third parties.
Data ownership
As between you and Currai, you retain all rights to the telemetry, prompts, completions, tool calls, metadata, eval data, and other content you submit to Currai ("Customer Data").
You grant Currai a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use Customer Data solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service and as otherwise permitted by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Billing, plans, and usage
Paid plans, usage limits, retention windows, overage rates, and included features are described on the pricing page, in the product, or in an order form. Usage may be measured by processed bytes or other product metrics.
Fees are billed through our payment provider, Paddle, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement. We may change pricing or plan terms with reasonable notice, and changes generally apply on your next billing cycle.
Beta features
Beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features are provided "as is" and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time. These features may be less reliable than generally available features and may be excluded from support, security, or service commitments unless we state otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
Currai, including its software, design, documentation, branding, logos, and content, is owned by Currai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our marks or materials except the limited right to use the service as permitted by these Terms.
You may provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas. We may use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.
Third-party services
Currai may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including authentication, hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, cloud, and AI infrastructure providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Currai is not responsible for third-party services, content, acts, omissions, or availability.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Currai reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, limited, changed, or discontinued. We may perform maintenance, release updates, change features, enforce limits, or modify the service as needed to operate and improve Currai.
No warranty
Currai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that Currai will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the output of any feature will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your use case.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Currai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Currai's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to Currai for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Currai or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay fees when due, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use Currai ends. Customer Data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, your plan, retention settings, and applicable law.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Currai from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your Customer Data, your use of Currai, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Force majeure
Currai will not be liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, labor disputes, acts of government, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, supply-chain disruptions, or failures of third-party services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of Currai after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Currai is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
